Dr. Gause received his BS Degree in Pharmacy from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina. He practiced Pharmacy in the Pee Dee region for 2 years before deciding to pursue a degree in medicine. He received his Medical Degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He completed an internship and residency in General Surgery at the Medical College of Georgia, in Augusta, Georgia. He is board certified in General Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
